From doing gigs with small bands in highschool to managing nation-wide projects and operations, Martin’s passion has some seriously strong roots. His expertise for managing and planning spectacular lighting and audio visual systems has only grown throughout his dynamic career.

In the early years of Martin's employment he began a career as an HVAC technician. He worked in Ottawa for Carmichael Eng. and JP Parent HVAC where he learned electrical, mechanical and automation skill sets, however after 5 years in the trade, he shifted gears. He landed as the Rentals and Production Manager at a Sound and Lighting company in Ottawa where his love for all things sound and management quickly evolved. In his professional career he moved onto Solotech Inc. in 2008, and took on the Senior AV Installation Technician role where he quickly, one year later, transitioned into a System Designer then Project Manager, and Senior Integration Representative. In 2014, Martin moved on to take on the Project and Operations Manager role at Westbury National for the new Ottawa location.

With his vast background, Martin has added several certifications to add to his resume, including:

• Bose Professional Systems Control Space Product Application and RoomMatch/PowerMatch certification
